Lovable

London

TL;DR: We're hiring a Human Resources Business Partner to partner with Engineering, Product & Design (EPD) at Lovable - our largest and fastest-growing organization. You'll act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, and fly at many different altitudes every day. You’ll advise on org design, location strategy, talent planning, employee relations, manager effectiveness, and change management as we scale across Stockholm and London. This is an in-office role is based in Stockholm or London. Why Lovable? Lovable is the software creation platform that gives people the power to act on the problems closest to them. For decades, turning an idea into software required so much capital, technical fluency, and time that many ideas never came to life. Lovable is the counterargument: a platform for all people with ideas, ambition, and problems worth solving. From solopreneurs to small business owners to teams at companies like Adidas and Zendesk, people have built over 60 million projects on Lovable since its launch in November 2024. And we’re just getting started. We’re building a generational company from Stockholm, with growing teams in London, Boston, New York, and San Francisco. Our team is small, talent-dense, and moving quickly, with a culture rooted in extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We look for people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world. Lovable is one of TIME’s 100 Most Influential Companies and has been recognized on the Forbes AI 50 and CNBC Disruptor 50, reflecting our momentum as one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI companies and one of the most ambitious places to build in this next era of software. The Role You'll be deeply embedded with Engineering, Product, and Design as a strategic partner and operator: someone leaders trust for candid coaching, clear judgment, and pragmatic execution. What You'll Do Strategic People Partnership — build deep partnerships with EPD leaders and act as a trusted advisor on the people decisions that shape the business: team design, leadership effectiveness, talent density, retention, and change. AI-Native People Operations — rethink how work gets done in an AI-native company: experiment with AI-enabled workflows to increase velocity and craftsmanship (e.g., manager enablement, insight generation, communications, and operating rhythms), and help EPD leaders adopt them in a thoughtful, human-first way. Org Design & Headcount Planning — partner with Eng Leads, Finance, Recruiting, and People Ops to bring clarity and discipline to workforce planning, reporting lines, role definition, spans/layers, contractor strategy, and future org shape. Performance Reviews — Run EPD's quarterly Signal Review cycle end-to-end, including manager prep, calibration, monitor/at-risk categorization, level corrections, follow-through, and clean operating rhythms. Talent Insights & Retention — use qualitative signal and people data to identify hot spots, flight risks, manager gaps, and team-level patterns early; translate those insights into practical interventions. Employee Relations & Risk Management — own complex employee situations, performance improvement plans, investigations, resignations, probation issues, and terminations for EPD in partnership with Legal and People Ops. Manager & Leadership Coaching — coach technical leaders through hard conversations, promotion readiness, org changes, feedback, accountability, team health, and moments where clarity matters more than consensus. We have teams working around the world, with over 20 nationalities and growing from our offices and remotely. Join us and build a better future. If you're this person, we'd love to talk to you. What You'll Own Own a vertical end-to-end - outcomes and metrics, a backlog prioritised by value / risk / dependency / strategic priority, acceptance criteria crisp enough to build and test against. Shape the technical design with engineering - system boundaries, money-movement correctness (idempotency, ledgering, reconciliation), third-party-rail reliance and rail-down behaviour, failure/retry/refund paths, security, latency, scalability, recovery. Make hard trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability and UX - and defend them to an engineering, compliance or ops lead who pushes back. Treat regulated constraints as first-class product inputs - licensing scope, CDD/KYC and limits, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, data residency and privacy. Know which are hard launch gates and which are forward-readiness. Apply AI where it earns its place - define what it's allowed to decide, where a human stays in the loop, how it's evaluated, and what it does when unsure. Every AI-surfaced number traces back to a real record. Ship against external gates - build feature-complete behind flags; go live per rail as each partner and regulatory gate clears. Work across Engineering, Design, Compliance, Operations, Treasury and Finance/Reconciliation What We're Looking For Product leadership - significant experience owning a complex technical product end-to-end; strong judgement and decisiveness under ambiguity; ability to balance ambition against technical, regulatory and operational reality; can hold their own with senior engineers. Technical foundation - solid system design (boundaries, datastores, queues/workflows, APIs, failure modes, consistency under concurrency); comfort reading, reviewing and challenging design docs; can sketch an architecture and a sequence. No production code, but technical enough that engineers don't have to simplify. Domain - experience in a regulated / high-consequence domain (payments, banking, remittance, insurance, …) or demonstrable fast-ramp ability; understands why money movement is different (correctness over convenience, irreversible states, partners you don't control). AI judgement - hands-on with LLM-based products; can frame a feature as eval-able (offline, online, human feedback); realistic on hallucination/drift/data gaps, including data-blocked vs model-blocked and when a model must not be in the loop at all. Nice to have - engineer or highly-technical-PM background · zero-to-one · shipped AI-heavy consumer products · defined eval metrics for ML/LLM systems · AI UX + failure-handling intuition · SEA market experience. Outcome Clear vertical strategy and legible roadmap Ships fast and clears the gates that actually block launch Money is correct and users are never misled about the state of their funds AI features are valuable, predictable and trusted Trade-offs made deliberately un

Account Solution Architect

Coreweave

London

CoreWeave is The Essential Cloud for AI™. Built for pioneers by pioneers, CoreWeave delivers a platform of technology, tools, and teams that enables innovators to build and scale AI with confidence. Trusted by leading AI labs, startups, and global enterprises, CoreWeave combines superior infrastructure performance with deep technical expertise to accelerate breakthroughs and turn compute into capability. Founded in 2017, CoreWeave became a publicly traded company (Nasdaq: CRWV) in March 2025. Learn more at www.coreweave.com . What You’ll Do: The infrastructure powering the AI era doesn’t sell itself, and the customers building on it don’t want to be sold to. They want a peer. You’ll work as part of a focused three-person team alongside one Account Executive and one Account Manager, together responsible for landing new accounts and expanding within them across the region. The customers you’ll work with are AI labs, research institutions, and enterprises running some of the most demanding GPU workloads in the world. This is a role for someone who shows up with substance, who can hold a real conversation about model training and MLOps tooling in the morning and cluster networking in the afternoon, and who finds the space between infrastructure and application more interesting than either on its own. About the Role: As an Account Solution Architect covering Northern EMEA, you’ll move across the full stack depending on what the customer needs, from ML training workflows and MLOps platforms like Weights & Biases to bare metal GPU infrastructure and physical AI deployments. This isn’t a role built around a single layer of the stack, but the majority of your conversations will live in the ML layer. You’ll be expected to go deeper than most when the infrastructure conversation demands it, while staying commercially aware enough to support both new logo pursuits and in-flight account expansion. This role requires up to 40% travel. In this role, you will: Cover Northern EMEA, with a focus on the Nordics and Benelux regions (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg). Work closely with one Account Executive and one Account Manager as a dedicated three-person unit, supporting the full land and expand motion across the region. Lead technical discovery with prospects and existing customers to understand model training requirements, MLOps workflows, and infrastructure constraints. Design and present solutions spanning ML infrastructure, GPU compute, storage, networking, Kubernetes-based orchestration, and MLOps tooling. Run proof-of-concept engagements and architecture reviews, and see them through to a decision. Act as the internal voice of the customer, feeding technical requirements and product gaps back to Engineering and Product. Maintain clear documentation of customer architectures, solution designs, and outstanding technical questions. Who You Are: 3+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or solutions architecture role, ideally with a focus on AI/ML platforms, cloud infrastructure, or HPC. Strong working knowledge of ML training and inference workflows - you understand how models are built, optimized, and deployed, not just where they run. Hands-on familiarity with MLOps platforms and the tooling AI teams use day-to-day, including experiment tracking, pipeline orchestration, and model serving. Experience with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Comfortable going below the SaaS layer when the conversation demands it - GPU topology, network fabric, and cluster architecture shouldn’t be unfamiliar territory. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloads at scale. Strong communication skills - you can adjust your register from a research engineer to a VP of Infrastructure without losing credibility at either end. Experience managing multiple concurrent opportunities across a geographic territory. Fluency in English required; proficiency in Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian,

Manage and maximise AWS SCA funding mechanisms including WMP GTM Fund, PoC Fund, MDF, and MPOPP to fuel field and marketing activities. Executive & Field Alignment Partner closely with EMEA RVPs and AVPs to define priority co-sell accounts and to drive regional co-sell execution. Equip EMEA field sellers and SAs with Better Together messaging, competitive positioning and joint sales plays. Represent Elastic at priority AWS Summits and joint events including AI BOX programs, CISO roundtables, and partner hackathons. Cross-Functional Orchestration Align and partner with the Global AWS Alliance leader to integrate the EMEA Alliance strategy with the existing global strategy. Work with the Global AWS Marketing Manager and EMEA Partner Marketing Manager to launch joint campaigns. Collaborate with product and SA teams to develop vertical propositions for FSI, Software & Technology, and Public Sector. What You Bring AWS-Insider Advantage: Prior experience at AWS in partner sales is strongly preferred.
